Built for busy technology executives, by a busy technology executive, the platform offers a way to manage and scale a real estate portfolio from first investment to monthly cashflow. 

Why I built this

I’ve spent two decades building engineering, infrastructure, SRE and DevOps teams at Salesforce, MuleSoft, Marketo and SAP. I’ve led global teams through billion-dollar acquisitions and helped shape industry standards through the DevOps Institute, the FinOps Foundation and the CIO Executive Council.

To achieve cashflow, I diversified my assets into Real Estate. But after making many LP investments across Multifamily and Manufactured homes, manual toil took its toll. Every sponsor and operator had their own unique way of reporting. Unique sets of metrics, graphs and multiple ways of delivery. 

Tired of manually updating a spreadsheet, logging into multiple vendor portals and copying and pasting from PDFs, I wanted an automated way to manage my portfolio. So that’s what I built. 

And now, you can use it too.
